We took our already legendary "Pecan Brittle" brittle recipe (pecan also happens to be the official state nut of Louisiana) and infused the perfect amount of only the finest ground cayenne pepper straight from the bayous of Louisiana. We then finished the surface with a gourmet red cayenne pepper sea salt. The two work together to make the perfect "sweet and salty heat" we know a lot of you crave.
