We are bringing back one of our best selling Flavors of the Month from last year and so many of you have been asking for its return. It's our "Cajun Pecan Brittle"! We took our already legendary "Pecan Brittle" brittle recipe (pecan also happens to be the official state nut of Louisiana) and infused the perfect amount of only the finest ground cayenne pepper straight from the bayous of Louisiana. We then finished the surface with a gourmet red cayenne pepper sea salt. The two work together to make the perfect "sweet and salty heat" we know a lot of you crave. We grade this with a "medium" heat profile that's lengthy on the palate and as always in the same "light, airy, and easy to eat texture" Pop's Brittle recipe is known for.
